¨To help establish and help maintain commissions at each local church.

¨To maintain information on the status of each commission

¨To provide funds for the various activities of the district & annual conference boards, as well as maintain funds for the operations of the District board

¨To institute a district wide ministry project for a church in need

¨To provide training in Discipleship.

¨To take part in Global day of Prayer.

¨To recognize the month of November as “Evangelism” month.

¨To establish a Prayer Line Ministry.

Objectives:

●We will provide a workshop entitled “Getting started & moving forward for the churches in each Zone.

●We will provide the churches with a questionnaire regarding their commission on a quarterly basis.

●We will implement a fundraising project.

●We will donate $300 to a church that is in need within our own district, which will be presented at the 2011 Annual conference.

●We will conduct a workshop at the BOCE convention in February 2011.

●To ask all churches of the district to participate in various activities that will observe the Global day of prayer on June 12, 2011.

●We will ask the churches to par take in a three day spiritual renewal and strengthening fasting and prayer November 1-3.  In addition we will provide the churches with literature handed down from the Annual conference board of Evangelism which can be utilized in conjunction with their bible studies and sermon topics throughout this month.

●We will provide the churches with a free conference call prayer line number, where they will be able to participate in a prayer line with other participants throughout our annual conference; beginning Fall of 2010.
